VASPs must comply with the Administrative Order No. [01] of 2022: Relating to Regulation of Marketing, Advertising and Promotions Related to Virtual Assets and Administrative Order No. [02] of 2022: Pursuant to Issued Administrative Order No. [01] of 2022: Relating to Regulation of Marketing, Advertising and Promotions Related to Virtual Assets, issued by VARA and as may be amended, updated or supplemented from time to time [the Marketing Regulations].
